OVERWHELMED Priscilla Presley is steeling herself for a dramatic courtroom showdown against former associates she has accused of elder abuse and financial fraud, according to pals who fear the mounting stress may send the fragile Naked Gun beauty to her grave.

According to tipsters, the late Elvis Presley’s ex-wife is still reeling from the tragic death of the couple’s only child, Lisa Marie, who suffered cardiac arrest from a bowel obstruction in January 2023 at age 54 and there are fears the stress of her missing millions in a business deal gone bad may be too much for the frail first lady of Graceland to bear.

Spies add that Priscilla — who turned 80 on May 24 — is also tormented by the troubles of her recovering addict son, 38-year-old Navarone Garibaldi, whom she shares with former beau Marco Garibaldi.

“Priscilla has been through the wringer with Lisa Marie’s death and Navarone’s ongoing struggles,” an insider says. “The concern now is that all of this adversity is just too much with the legal drama and her having to run around the country to make celebrity appearances in order to make ends meet.

“It’s wearing her down.”

As GLOBE previously reported, Priscilla claimed in a July 2024 lawsuit that Florida memorabilia dealer Brigitte Kruse sweet-talked her into signing over as much as 80 percent of her earnings in a predatory deal that turned out to be more than $1 million.
