POLLUTED Portsmouth Police Officer Carmen Johnson was blotto on booze when she hopped behind the wheel in Virginia and attacked a cop who tried to corral her, authorities allege.

According to a criminal complaint, Johnson narrowly avoided a crash as she zipped past a traffic stop in Hampton, and as detectives pursued the speed demon, her vehicle topped 100 mph!
