Bridging Indian Art with the World

New Delhi-based entrepreneur Aparajita Jain is the Director of Nature Morte Art Limited, one of India’s leading contemporary art galleries and the first gallery from the country to be included in the most important international art fairs.

Her vision has driven significant growth for the gallery, showcasing and amplifying the works of leading South Asian and global artists across two galleries in Delhi and one in Mumbai.

Aparajita Jain’s focus on institutional relationships has led to major museum acquisitions and positioned the Nature Morte Art Limited's artists in exhibitions at prestigious museums, biennials and public sites globally.

Aparajita has spearheaded and continues to support collaborations and partnerships with leading institutions in India and abroad. In 2010, she founded the Saat Saath Arts Foundation (SSA) as a not-for-profit initiative to foster creative dialogue between Indian artists and the international art world. In 2017, SSA launched India's first international Sculpture Park in Jaipur through a public-private partnership with the Government of Rajasthan. The park features a new set of site-specific installations each year. Additionally, the foundation supports an annual grant for leading global curators to conduct research in India.
