Founded in 2023 by Aggarwal—Founder & former MD of Amplus Solar (now Gentari India)—in partnership with I Squared Capital, Hexa Climate was designed to “connect the dots for a better world.” The mandate: help businesses hit Net Zero by integrating solar, wind, hybrid projects, battery energy storage, and carbon offset initiatives under one platform.

It’s a familiar partnership with a bigger canvas. After building one of India’s largest rooftop solar players and exiting to Petronas in 2019, Aggarwal and I Squared are back—this time to stitch together the full decarbonisation stack.
