MAIA ESTATES SECURES RS 120 CR FUNDING

Maia Estates has secured Rs 120 crore in funding from Arnya, a real estate investment firm, to develop The Seven, a residential project in Basavanagudi, South Bengaluru. Construction is expected to start in early 2026 and completion by 2029.

Named The Seven to reflect seven elemental principles Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Space, Integrity, and Community, the development is designed for urban residents seeking thoughtful design, timeless craftsmanship, and elevated living. Rising as 36-storey twin towers in Basavanagudi, residences will offer 4 BHK+ homes, spanning 6 lakh sq ft with interiors blending global sensibilities and contemporary urban living.
