EXCON 2025 will reveal how technology is reshaping India's infrastructure story.
Bengaluru will once again become the focal point of South Asia's construction industry when EXCON 2025, South Asia's largest construction equipment exhibition, opens between 9 and 13 December 2025.
Organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) with the Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers' Association (iCEMA) as Sector Partner and the Builders Association of India (BAI) as Supporting Partner, EXCON 2025 will bring together more than 1,500 exhibitors, including over 400 international participants.
The event will cover a wide range of construction technologies—earthmoving equipment, material-handling systems, construction vehicles, tools, accessories, and building materials—alongside conferences and panel discussions that explore industry trends.
Sharwan Agnihotri, Head - Sales and International Business, HD Hyundai Construction Equipment India, says, “EXCON has evolved into the most influential platform for the construction and infrastructure sector. The event brings together global OEMs, technology providers, policymakers, and business leaders to shape the next phase of growth for the industry.” He adds that the event reflects HD Hyundai Construction Equipment India's focus on advancing technology and operational efficiency in India's construction sector.
The sentiment is shared across the industry. Dimitrov Krishnan, Head of Region – India, Volvo Construction Equipment, notes, “This year, we are creating an immersive Volvo Brand Experience, one that presents a holistic view of our products, services, and sustainable solutions. Visitors will experience how Volvo Construction Equipment is shaping the future of construction through innovation, digitalisation, and sustainability.”
The outlook for the exhibition reflects the scale of projects under PM Gati Shakti, the National Infrastructure Pipeline and the Smart Cities Mission, and the show functions as a platform where technology and policy intersect.
