Scapes Hospitality have launched their latest project, 1842 Kasauli.
Nestled in the pristine landscape of Kasauli, this one-of-a-kind property offers a seamless blend of heritage charm and contemporary elegance. With an investment of Rs 150 crore, the project comprises only 39 villas spread across 10 acres ensuring unparalleled exclusivity. Each villa is priced between Rs 7 crore and Rs 10 crore, while individual estates are valued at approximately Rs 15 crore - Rs 25 crore.
The 1842 Kasauli project, follows on from earlier successful projects in Goa where Scapes Hospitality caters to the growing trend of the second homes market. With India's real estate market projected to reach $5-7 trillion by 2047, second homes are now strategic financial assets rather than just luxury purchases. A growing 70% of buyers plan to invest in one within two years, driven by demand for second and vacation homes in scenic and tranquil locations, offering both enjoyment and strong returns.
