The 14th Smart Office India Summit 2024 in Chennai brought together leaders to explore emerging workplace trends, focusing on sustainable practices and flexible environments, shaping the future of smart offices.

Smart Office India Summit 2024, held in Chennai, marked a pivotal moment in the discourse surrounding workplace innovation and design. This collaborative effort between GACS and Commercial Design magazine provided a singular platform uniting stakeholders across the building lifecycle spectrum, from developers and architects to facility heads and project management leaders. It served as a nexus for the cross-pollination of ideas and insights aimed at addressing the challenges and opportunities inherent in creating next-generation workplaces.
At the heart of the summit were discussions on the evolving nature of work and the workplace, strategies for upcycling workspaces, and the imperative to address the evolving needs of contemporary workplaces. Panels convened luminaries from diverse sectors to delve into these pressing topics and chart a course for the future.
