How has the cost of customer acquisition moved and what are the challenges due to macroeconomic headwinds?
The cost of customer acquisition as a percentage of gross bookings has come down significantly due to high contribution of direct and organic traffic and repeat buyers on our platforms. Overall, my view is that as compared to the rest of the world, India is better placed to deal with the current macro headwinds due to high inflation in the world. Some countries in the world might slip into recession but we might still end up doing low-single-digit growth.
