The second edition of the Festival of Wellbeing organised recently by BW Wellbeing World in Mumbai stressed on the fact that wellbeing is not just about physical fitness, but also includes mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness
BW Wellbeing World kick-started its second edition of the ‘Festival of Wellbeing’ on April 5, 2023 in Mumbai. This year the theme was “Holistic Approach Towards a Better Life”. The all-day event saw stalwarts of the wellbeing industry engage in panel discussions, share invaluable insights and dwell on transformative experiences. The event also felicitated the winners of the BW Wellbeing 30 Under 30 Awards and BW Wellbeing 40 Under 40 Awards.
A Holistic Perspective
The Festival of Wellbeing was an endeavour to spread awareness about health in a holistic manner. The aim of the event was to emphasise on the fact that wellbeing is not just about physical fitness but also includes mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
