BACKGROUND 

Renowned for its luxury amenities, impeccable service and spectacular architectural accents, this boutique hotel in Berlin is situated in an upscale getaway, located in the Charlottenburg locality of Berlin where guests can revel in and enjoy an impeccable blend of luxury, history, culture and lifestyle.

WHAT'S IT LIKE

As soon as I entered the lobby of the hotel, I was greeted by the polite and affable staff. The 87 individually designed guest rooms and suites feature natural materials, clean lines and warm tones. Hotel am Steinplatz also offers restaurant and bar dining options to whet your appetite and plenty of spots to comfortably unwind after a busy day. Amenities include a sleek spa with treatment rooms and a fitness centre.

WHERE IS IT

Hotel Am Steinplatz in Berlin, Germany is located an eight-minute walk from the Berlin Institute of Technology and an 11-minute walk from Zoo Berlin. It is three kilometres from Bellevue Palace, four kilometres from Charlottenburg Palace and five kilometres from Brandenburg Gate.

ROOMS

The interior design is a contemporary interpretation of the 1920s. I stayed in the deluxe room with a king bed. This room was 28 sqm and very relaxing to come back to, after a long and hectic day. It had a flat-screen TV, iPod dock, minibar, complimentary internet, tea, coffeemakers, and many more facilities to add to my comfort. Alternatively, guests can choose from a wide range of additional, well furnished rooms and suites.
