Ferrari unveiled the Luce on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Four doors. Five seats. Full electric. 1,113 horsepower. Jony Ive did the interior. The share price dropped eight percent on the same day.

That tells you something. The question is what, exactly.

The Luce is not a compromise. It is a statement of intent, executed without apology. Over 1,000 horsepower, a top speed above 310kmph, and a 0-100 time that will embarrass most things on the road. Ferrari built a bespoke platform for it. A dedicated assembly building. Five years of engineering. The price is 550,000 euros, and it makes no pretence of accessibility. This is still a Ferrari in every way that matters: unattainable, extreme, and built to make you feel something.
