The 2025 Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix had a new entrant in the podium club and major repercussions in the title race
WITH THE SUMMER BREAK OFFICIALLY over, Formula 1 was back racing at Zandvoort for the 2025 Dutch Grand Prix. Naturally, the support for home hero and reigning four-time world champion, Max Verstappen (Oracle Red Bull Racing), was high, especially because he was victorious from 2021 to 2023. This year, however, expectations were slightly muted since McLaren has been the car to beat this season. Nevertheless, Verstappen managed to qualify in third position, while the McLaren duo locked out the front row, with Oscar Piastri beating Lando Norris by a mere one hundredth of a second. Another impressive performance came from Isack Hadjar (Visa CashApp RB) who qualified a career-best fourth on the grid.
