Rovanperä Claims Victory in Acropolis Rally

Kalle Rovanperä scored his third victory of the season at EKO Acropolis Rally Greece to secure his grip on this year's FIA World Rally Championship (WRC)

KALLE ROVANPERÄ WAS LEADING THE Rally but dropped to third when the drivers had to tackle rough gravel roads. The stages became even more challenging because of torrential rain earlier in the week.

Facing the disadvantage of starting first on the road, Rovanperä was able to make up time, helped by wet and muddy conditions on Friday morning.
