LIKE THE SACHSENRING AND COTA, Marc Márquez (Ducati Lenovo Team) and the MotorLand Aragón circuit are like a match made in heaven. Márquez has generally been unstoppable if you discount his injury-limited years. Right at the venue where he secured his first MotoGP win on Ducati machinery a year ago, the six-time premier class champion showed why he was the favourite heading into the weekend. He qualified on pole position with his younger brother, Alex (Gresini Racing), in second position and Franco Morbidelli (Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team) completing the front row in third position.
