Motherson acquires SAS Cockpit Modules division

Faurecia, a Forvia Group company, has received a firm commitment from the Motherson Group to acquire 100 per cent of "SAS" Cockpit Modules division into assembly and logistics services for the automotive industry, for Euro 540 mn in an all-cash deal as per reports.
