- Chloe Thomas

'It's Going To Be Battle Of The Bitches!'

Who doesn’t love a gossip with Craig Revel Horwood? The Strictly Come Dancing judge is on cracking form fresh from filming Down Under his episode of the BBC’s Who Do You Think You Are? where he discovered he’s descended from a line of clog dancers! with dance running through his veins, the star’s family story will soon be the inspiration behind a new show he’s directing for the Ballet Boyz, which goes on tour later this year. oh and there’s the new series of Strictly, where he’s looking forward to getting catty with new judge Shirley Ballas. Here, Craig tells all...

Strictly secrets

This year’s series of Strictly marks a turning point for the show, after the departure of judging panel stalwart Len Goodman, who’s been replaced by Latin and ballroom champ Shirley Ballas. How does Craig feel about his new co-judge?

‘Shirley Ballas will spice up the panel, for sure,’ he confesses. ‘She’s got so many medals we’ve all lost count. She’s bubbly, she’s opinionated, she knows what she’s talking about and she is the ballroom and Latin master on the panel like Len was. I can’t wait to go head to head with her... it’ll be a battle of the bitches!’
