Decking up for the numerous social events during the busy Diwali season sure is exciting and fun, but who can deny the toll it takes on your skin and mind? It was this reason why I decided to walk into Sofitel’s So Spa in Mumbai, and try their indulgent Precious Moments therapy this month.

Opening the doors to So Spa, I left the busy activity of the hotel behind and walked into a tranquil space. My therapist—Ms. Hmingthansangi Tlau, fondly called Mami—greeted me and walked me to the treatment room, while briefing me about the procedure.
