Tadej Pogacar's: Tour de France winning Colnago V3RS

The yellow superbike – and matching yellow accoutrements – that the Slovenian prodigy rode on the final stage into Paris

This is the bike Tadej Pogacar rode on the final stage of the Tour de France, crossing the line on the Champs-Elysées to become the youngest winner of the race in over 100 years after a surprise victory in the time trial the day before.

But perhaps equally surprising was that this was the first Tour de France overall win for Colnago, arguably the most storied bike brand not only in the race but in the world.

Ernesto Colnago, now 88, had built frames for Eddy Merckx, who won the Tour five times between 1969 and 1974 – but they had Merckx’s name on the down tube rather than Colnago’s.
