Last week would have been Nationals week, which meant I had to do something to counter the fear of missing out whilst the rest of Europe battled it out for national TT stripes. So what better than to ride the Georgetown TT, Glasgow?
The Georgetown is a historical 7.5mile TT in Scotland ridden by some of the greats like Graeme Obree, with both course records kept in the Archibald family, held by John and Katie.
A record-breaking 90 entrants on a Wednesday evening was incredible to see. We actually parked next to a young boy of about nine who was with his mum both warming up, and racing.
