After sixteen years of doing full-time lay missionary work, I went into business. As I started to build my training consultancy, I found myself struggling with motivation and I had a lot of doubts. I loved serving in church on weekends but I dreaded work on weekdays. I felt lost. I lacked passion for my business and was confused with my purpose. As a result, clients were hard to come by and it started to affect my family. I knew I needed to keep myself motivated because I’m the provider.
