Centre Aims For Quality Boost In CGHS Hospitals

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has initiated a five-year partnership with the Quality Council of India (QCI) to enhance the Central Government Health Services (CGHS) system, addressing various challenges such as consistent evaluation and quality monitoring.

This collaboration aims to assist CGHS-affiliated facilities in obtaining accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) and the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), thereby enhancing the capability of healthcare providers to deliver topnotch services.
