Oppn Sees Red Over Ayodhya Event Invitees

ONn August 5, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for Ram Temple in Ayodhya. The guest list out so far makes the bhoomi pujan ceremony look like an exclusive BJP-RSS event and the organisers are under fire from the Opposition leaders for not extending an invitation to them.

Preparations are in full swing in the holy city of Ayodhya as PM Modi is all set to inaugurate construction of a grand Ram temple at his birthplace. Along with PM Modi, a host of BJP and RSS leaders will grace the occasion. Sources told India Today TV that those among invited include Lal Krishna Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti, Vinay Katiyar and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. Although the Congress is yet to react officially on the invitations, some of the leaders have been complaining about the matter.
