Amitabh, Abhishek Test Covid Positive, Admitted To Hospital

Amitabh Bachchan’s 3590th tweet was every Indian’s worst nightmare come true.

The 77-year-old actor wrote he had tested positive for Covid-19. So has his son, actor Abhishek Bachchan, who had recently begun dubbing work.

Big B, as he is popularly known, and Abhishek are admitted at the Nanavati Hospital which is less than a 10-minute drive from their residence Jalsa. The rest of Bachchan family and staff have undergone tests and their results are awaited. Bachchan has requested that all who have been in close proximity to him in the last 10 days should get tested. While Abhishek asked for calm stating that both father and son have “mild symptoms”.
