After five months at home, Adam Goldsmith hits the music studio – as well as the television studio – for some well-earned adrenaline

Thankfully, this month has seen the (tentative) return of studio sessions in the larger studios. Predictably, after five months of working mostly online, the first two sessions I had come in – both at Abbey Road, at Studios 1 and 2 respectively – were for the same day and the same time. The first was for a small corporation you may have heard of called Disney, and the second session was backing tracks for Britain’s Got Talent, which I’ve been involved with to one degree or another for the past few years.
