RC Car Action: What are your work responsibilities? 

Eric Epp: Depends which day you ask! My main focus is the Protoform brand, for which I oversee the development and public release of all body projects as well as doing some product development myself. I also manage our race team, making sure our drivers have the products needed to compete at the highest levels.
