Challenges, goals and competition bring out the Superman latent in all of us - Many of our dreams at first seem impossible and then they seem possible and when we summon our courage and willpower, they become reality.

Awaken The Superman In You

Can we forget the image of scientist Stephan Hawking, known as living Einstein and who is disabled, trapped in a wheelchair gasping out words through the computer? He has become a world-famous scientist of the current century. Despite his physical disabilities he chose to fight against circumstances to bring out the superman in him.

Thoughts and destiny - With our thoughts, we can build our destiny. According to modern psychology and also the Law of Karma, we are, in fact, building our destiny every day with our thoughts. So, we must begin with our thoughts and change our pattern of thinking. Just as our body needs a nutritious diet for good health, our mind too needs positive healthy thoughts.

Mentally celebrate victory in advance - One should build up confidence in advance of success. Confidence shows itself in body language, Chris Wallace, General Manager of an American basketball team, used the “toes and shoulders test” to see if his players were likely to win. He looked at whether they were moving lifeless or were brimming with life and whether their shoulders were sagging or they were standing tall and determined to win.

Grooming confidence Professor Kanter suggests that management should boost morale in a business that’s falling by refurbishing the workplace. It is one more way of labeling yourself successful. Harvard Business School, where Kanter teaches, has been made a beautiful place to visit. The surroundings inspire people to live up to high standards. “And don’t assume that having a good haircut or wearing a stylish suit is frivolous either,” Kanter adds. “You don’t do those things to dazzle someone, but to build confidence in yourself and in advance of victory”.
