The house has the advantage of beautiful views from its elevated position on a hill. A continuous water body flows through the home and eventually comes down a dramatic granite stone staircase, which then leads to a 90 ft long infinity pool. All surface textures of the materials used are easy to maintain in the Goan weather.

A 12,000 sq ft villa built on a hillside in North Goa. This multi-level holiday home is surrounded by forests and features six bedrooms, four dining spaces, a gym, home theatre and large infinity pool.

Christened ‘Felicitas’, this 12,000 sq ft sanctuary belongs to a global traveller who desired a grand yet relaxing home, to enjoy time with his friends and family. The home is designed around a central water body that starts at the top of the property and ends in a 90 ft infinity pool. The property has its own flowing stream of water that originates at the top, near the bar and continues through an art installation, a sunken seating area and down a dramatic stone staircase, ultimately flowing over the edge of the pool. At the infinity pool, a large sundeck extends from the main structure as an outdoor party area and as a place to relax. The sight and sound of water lends a unique mood to the ambience.
