1 Spicy Broccolini Tacos
SERVES 2
Trim florets of 2 bunches broccolini; cut stalks into 1" matchsticks. Sauté over medium heat with 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce and ¼ tsp salt, about 8 minutes. In a dry skillet, warm 6 corn tortillas 20 seconds per side; transfer to 2 plates. Top each with 3 tbsp warmed refried black beans, ¹⁄6 broccolini, 1 tbsp chopped green onion, 1 tsp crumbled feta and 1 pinch toasted sesame seeds.
