Serves 6 Prep 30 mins Cook 1 hr VEGETARIAN
30g dried porcini mushrooms
500ml double cream
500ml vegetable stock
1 bay leaf
750g flat mushrooms, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 egg
10 large fresh lasagne sheets (or 15 small sheets)
25g butter, softened
