After two years on The Voice, ’80s pop icon Boy George has made it clear he’s deen to crown a winner, never backing down on his ruthless approach to mentoring the aspiring singers.

However, it appears his jarring tactics could be too much for fellow coach Kelly Rowland, who is said to be crumbling under the pressure and constant drama.

“Filming this season has been exhausting for Kelly,” a source close to the set tells Woman’s Day. “She loves being a coach, but she’s over having to justify her decisions and opinions to the other judges.”
