FORMER Spice Girl Mel B’s fairy-tale romance turned into a horror show after the “America’s Got Talent” judge married “monster” husband Stephen Belafonte in 2007!

Mel, 41, claimed in court documents that Stephen swiped millions of her hard-earned cash — and impregnated their nanny!

As if that wasn’t enough, the British beauty — also known as Melanie Brown — said the film producer hurled racial slurs at her, mentally and physically abused her, and coerced her into having threesomes!

Mel — who filed for divorce last month and has applied for a restraining order against her soon-to-be ex — also accused him of “punching” and “choking” her, splitting her lip and “pushing her down on a carpet.”

“I am in fear for my safety and that of my children,” Mel stated in court documents obtained by The National ENQUIRER.

The singer has three daughters: two from previous relationships — Phoenix, 18, and Angel, 10 — and 5-year-old Madison, who was fathered by Stephen.
