That’s because a creaky power plant threatens to crumble and blanket the state in a toxic smog that could wipe out millions!
After two big quakes recently struck in the desert, scientists have warned about deteriorating twin nuclear reactors.
The Diablo Canyon Power Plant lies near the city of San Luis Obispo and is dangerously close to fault lines prone to earthquakes, including Shoreline and Los Osos.
