DYING Loretta Lynn was forced to abandon her longtime Tennessee home and ranch after doctors ordered her to be closer to a hospital!

The 86-year-old country legend suffered a debilitating stroke in 2017 and then a fall that broke her hip in 2018 — and now, it’s feared a medical crisis could kill her if she doesn’t get immediate care, The National ENQUIRER can exclusively reveal.

Loretta’s current Nashville residence is a mere three minutes from an emergency room — as opposed to her remote ranch that’s dangerously distant from aid.

“She’s currently staying closer to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in case of any emergencies,” said a source.
