“I wake up at 9 am and find a workout online to keep my upper body moving. Working out is very important because I can suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome in my arm, as well as tinnitus, so I try to structure my day around what’s best for my body as well as the amount of work and art that needs doing. I’m always looking for ways to become more efficient.
