In a cowardly act of betrayal, insiders say former President Bill Clinton is negotiating a secret plea pact that would send his wife Hillary to prison — while he walks away scot-free!

GLOBE has learned FBI investigators and Justice Department prosecutors will rely on the 70-year-old serial cheater for bombshell evidence that Hillary used the Clinton Foundation as a personal slush fund and betrayed America by sending top secret information on her private computer while serving as Barack Obama’s secretary of state.

He’s also willing to blab about the shady dealings that saw Hillary earn a whopping $100,000 from a simple $1,000 investment as well as her role as the secret puppet master behind a $165 BILLION weapons deal that involved 20 nations.

Bill intends to sell out Hillary, 69, in testimony before a federal grand jury in Brooklyn, N.Y., that’s investigating the Clinton corruption machine, says the source.
