Never Ending Holidays

Local property expert Julian Rich from Garrington discusses why an increasing number of buyers are being attracted to North Yorkshire to purchase a holiday home
-

Whilst a holiday home in North Yorkshire has always been popular the choice of which of the National Parks, the Yorkshire Dales or the North York Moors has not always been so easy. Both areas have a healthy market in holiday homes and with the choice of valley views with the patchwork of dry stone walls or being close to the sea being the main consideration of many. Picking which option will suit for the long term is sometimes difficult.
A head and heart purchase
Many buyers purchase a holiday home not just for their own use but as an investment too. For some, generating enough income to cover outgoings is all that is required, but others are attracted by the returns which the right property in the right location can offer.
