Considering that a patient confides in and discloses their innermost thoughts at a therapist’s office, it’s inevitable that the two parties will form an intimate connection. But what happens when the therapist fails to set boundaries, leading the healthcare professional to cross the line of decency and project their feelings onto their patient’s issues? It’s listed as season 4 of drama show In Treatment (2008- now), but it’s a revival with new characters and the same complications.

The 24-episode drama series reboot follows psychotherapist Brooke Taylor’s (Uzo Aduba, Crazy Eyes in prison drama show Orange Is The New Black, 20132019) new practice after her office is shut down due to the pandemic. As a result, she counsels her three clients in her lavish Los Angeles home.
