The beleaguered host was suspended without pay by ABC News President Kim Godwin after claiming on-air the Nazi Holocaust that exterminated 6 million Jews was "not about race," triggering a firestorm of complaints.

Stubborn Whoopi, 66, made things even worse when she tried to justify her comments on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert." The "Ghost" actress insisted she was right because the Nazi purge was "a white-on-white" crime and, even though it was an example of "man's inhumanity to man," it wasn't racism.
