PAPER-THIN Angelina Jolie appeared so frail at her new film’s premiere that medical experts warned she’s at risk of multiple life threatening health issues!

Sources claimed the 46-year-old actress’ weight has plunged to a skeletal 98 pounds on her spindly 5-foot-7 frame — putting her in danger of the crippling bone disease osteoporosis and potentially fatal cardiac problems.
