Could you tell us a bit about the areas that you are involved within the company and how you have been processing these responsibilities as a leader?

I work at Varroc Engineering and at Varroc we essentially have four businesses that are spread all over the world. These businesses essentially operate in two core markets – the global passenger car exterior lighting market, which is addressed by Varroc Lighting Systems. The other is the 2-wheeler mobility market, where we service the 2 and 3-wheeler space with 17 different product lines and is headquartered in India. I lead our Electrical & Electronics and Lighting businesses in India.
