Companies are looking for high quality talent with critical thinking skills but there is a talent gap as the majority of graduates are not equipped with the necessary skills required. In order to learn additional skills to impress the employers, fresh graduates need Career Accelerators. The career accelerators provide professionals a mix of technical and soft skills, career planning and work-based learning that help the graduates to be successful from day one on the job. However the biggest challenge they encounter in doing so is that they have to reach tens and thousands of people in a single class and there is no way for them to personalize the training.
