A towing veteran with more than 40 years under his belt, Etienne Groenewald from Polokwane isn’t afraid of switching between brands in search of the ultimate combination.
After successfully towing with an automatic Ford Fairlane with a trapezium stabiliser for a number of years, I decided to change my everyday vehicle to an Isuzu KB 300. It was a good towing vehicle and up to the challenge of towing our Jurgens Exclusive. However, my wife, Estelle, was never quite comfortable parking a big manual bakkie and found it a bit impractical for daily use.
