Let’s begin with delving into the past. Back in the 90s, Peugeot collaborated with Premier Automobiles Limited and brought in the Peugeot 309 here in India. The notchback was launched with both petrol and diesel engines. However it failed to create a wave in the industry. Eventually Peugeot decided to pull out and that was the end of things.
