BSVI Compliant Dzire Petrol

The next-gen BSVI K-series petrol engine on the 2020 Maruti Suzuki Dzire facelift is claimed to be low on emissions and high on fuel economy.

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) recently launched the new Dzire. With it, the company also unveiled the next generation of its proven K-series engine. According to Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director (Marketing & Sales), Maruti Suzuki India Limited, it makes the Dzire more desirable. Srivastava mentioned, “Building on overwhelming customer response of the most preferred Sedan, the 2020 Dzire is fitted with the next generation K-series engine with segment-first Idle Start-Stop technology (ISS), upgraded premium exterior design, refreshed interiors and advanced feature.” Aimed at benefitting the customers, he added that the new Dzire will help the company to keep its brand promise to offer products with state-of-the-art design and advanced technology. “The introduction of the advanced K-series dual jet, dual VVT BSVI petrol engine with Idle Start-Stop function makes it more desirable, low on emissions and high on fuel efficiency,” he claimed.
