Non-traded assets like property — versus traded assets like stocks, bonds and funds — ultimately offer a lot more security and transparency because they are tangible, recorded assets. Add the fact that it can be coupled with real strategies to reduce risk and suddenly property — especially income real estate — is a sure-fire winner compared to stocks, bonds and funds.
