Taking its predecessor’s legacy forward, Edition 4 of Rajputana Collective displays an ever-increasing array of sections that cover highly diverse topics of reader interest through 17 vibrant sections. Laying a specific focus on digitalisation, it commences with a Special Feature on the Instagram Generation: 101 Accounts to Follow This Year, followed by sections on Digitalising Democracy and Antiquities. Another special aspect of this edition is that it opens with Rajputana Collective’s very first foreword by none other than H.H. Maharaja
Gaj Sighji of Jodhpur himself, and commemorates his honourable mother, the late H.H. Rajmatasahiba of Jodhpur.
The publication’s legacy is further enhanced by an exclusive interview and chronicles of Dr. Karan Singh of Jammu & Kashmir, who shares his views on idealism and the changing phases of the Indian democracy. This is followed by an assortment of several culture and lifestyle sections that transport the reader through the World Sacred Spirit Festival as well as the rustic walls of Mihirgarh before plunging them into the wondrous world of cinematic revival with Shivendra Singh of Dungarpur and artistic revival with GajendraShanane. Renewed hues from the Pink City illustrate some pages as Sania Galundia from the Sawai Man Singh II museum ushers us on a pictorial journey through the various festivals of the Jaipur court.
Edition 4 also throws open the doors of Divija Singh Badnore’s kitchen and the glistening worlds of Sunita Shekhawat and Kesya. Furthermore, the edition features the journeys of several enterprising journeys such as Vedika Rana in films & entertainment, Divyraj Singh in hospitality, Adhiraj Singh Devra in sports. Justice Abhilasha Kumari takes us through her journey as one of the nation’s forthcoming lawmakers and what it means to crack the glass ceiling.
All this and more awaits the readers of Rajputana Collective, which is proud to announce 17 vibrant features in the honour of one vibrant community.
