Being a BT professional in India is often speculated as the path towards struggle and why not- it is often surrounded by questions like will it pay me the best, does it offer enough pay hikes, do I have a job security and many more. But this new year might bring a smile to the BT professionals in India as the salary survey conducted by Mercer’s All Industries Total Remuneration says that it might witness the highest pay rise in the year 2016! Amidst the expectations of an increase in the base salaries of overall industries by 10.5%, life science domain would get lucky in terms of hike.
