It’s my favourite season! Rains are always a metaphor for washing away all the negativity and now more than ever, we need a good cleanse. Rains also bring with them the bounty of lush greenery and pleasant weather. So this month we have introduced a seasonal playlist to listen to while you sip on your drinks by the window or in the balcony. Speaking of drinks, this month I have listed down my favourite stouts by popular demand. I hope all you hop heads enjoy this list. Do let me know your favourites that I should try next. This edition also has a unique 'Local Tipple’ section this month. We deep dive into Mumbai's Koli community and sneak a peek into their fascinating drinking culture. Keeping your health and seasonal sniffles in mind, we have also compiled a list of drinks that you should 'give a shot’ to drive away cold and cough. My favourite has always been my grandmother’s 'kaadha' with a dash of cognac or brandy, but I don't mind a shot of Jäger once in a while. Hope you enjoy reading this issue.
