This month not only did I manage to pin down the effervescent Maria Savic for a coffee, but I also got to work out with her over this summer. I feel in seriously great shape, I’m looking much trimmer and she makes training sessions much easier to bear! In the spring I was lucky enough to be able to treat myself to a designer detox at the famous VivaMayr Clinic in Austria - talk about life changing! Check it out on page 20.
